Engineering
2 peopleBills of materials, drawings, revisions and the cost consequence of a design change.
Admin & Office
3 peopleQuotes out, orders in, purchase orders raised, invoices to Xero. No workshop noise.
Workshop
8 peopleWhat's on your bench today, what it needs, and one button to book it off.
Office track
Janelle, Sofia and Bec. Quotes out, orders in, purchase orders raised, invoices to Xero. No workshop noise.
6 lessons · about 32 minutes end to end
- 1 Raising and sending a quote Pricing off the live catalogue, checking the margin per line, and what the customer actually receives. 6 min
- 2 What happens the moment a quote is accepted The sales order, the work order and the deposit invoice all exist, off the same lines. Nothing is re-keyed. 5 min
- 3 Raising purchase orders off the run Ticking the raise-now lines, one order per supplier, and receiving them in when the truck arrives. 7 min
- 4 Progress claims against the order Deposit, progress and final, calculated off the live order total so a price change moves everything not yet raised. 6 min
- 5 Pushing to Xero, and what stays in Xero Invoices and contacts go across. Bank feeds, reconciliation and the BAS stay where your bookkeeper works. 4 min
- 6 Chasing debtors from the ageing view Reading the buckets, opening the invoice, and where the customer's whole history sits. 4 min
Every lesson opens the real screen with the real data. There is no sandbox, no sample company and no "click here to see an example" — because the thing you are learning is the thing you will use.
